Account & preferences

Your personal settings are in Settings and apply to your account. Open Settings and select a section from the navigation on the left; the sections under Personal are covered here, in the order they appear. Settings opens on Appearance. Theme, editor, and AI preferences are saved with your account, so they apply on any browser you sign in from.

Appearance

The Appearance section sets the app theme: Light, Dark, or Navy. The default is Dark.

Account

The Account section shows:

• Email. Your email address cannot be changed.
• Change Password. Enter a New Password and Confirm New Password, then select Update Password. Passwords must be at least 6 characters, and both fields must match.

You sign in with your email and password, or with Google or GitHub. To reset a forgotten password, select Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email; the link you receive opens a Set New Password page.

AI

The AI section has the Enable AI Features switch, which is on by default. When it is off, the section notes that the AI tab is hidden from the editor. See AI access.

Editor

The Editor section, titled Editor Preferences, sets defaults for the YAML editor:

• YAML Indentation: 2 spaces, the default, or 4 spaces.
• Font Size: 12px, 13px, 14px, 15px, 16px, 18px, or 20px. The default is 13px.
• Show Line Numbers: on by default.
• Show Minimap: off by default.

These preferences tailor the editor. They do not change your configurations.

Notifications

The Notifications section, titled Email Notifications, has two toggles:

• Product updates: new features, improvements, and fixes when a new version is released.
• Product tips: tips and reminders for getting more out of Telflo.

Changes save as soon as you toggle them.
